Meet the Crew
Wild Ledges Search Crew was started by Monica Whitehurst and Cade Buckus. Monica and Cade used to work in the same building, on the same creative marketing team. They went their separate ways when Cade was called to freelance, and Monica was impacted by company layoffs shortly thereafter (meaning she was now a freelancer, too!).
It turns out you can’t go back to your old job, but you can do cool things with people you used to work with.
Monica and Cade teamed up with a shared mission: create physical artifacts that help job seekers feel seen and stand out.
Between the two of them, they have the same amount of work experience as the age of an old Gen Zer.
